#45 Blog Celebration

   

Let the celebration begin!!! Week 45 and we're going to try something a little different. This week we are celebrating BLOGS! All day today (friday) and into the evening this post will be updated with links to the blogs of those who want to celebrate along with us.

We want to share inspiration, techniques or why we love being creative bloggers and you may even find a few freebies too!!!!

If you want to join in and share your love of being a creative blogger too, just leave your name and the URL of your blog in the comments section. I will be checking in and posting up links to your blog through out the day. Feel free to copy and save the Scrap West Blog Celebration logo to post on your blog too.

Ok, so let the celebration begin.....

Kicking us off is Audrey sharing what inspires her, a sketch by Susie Costanza. Check out her gorgeous LO and the fab freebie she is giving to one lucky winner.

Next up is Kate with wonderful step by step instructions on Tissue Art Canvas and one lucky winner will get her beautiful canvas too.

Check out my blog (Eva) where I share a technique on altering a box into a unique gift box which I will give away to a good home.

Carrie is known for her wonderful altered art and not only has she shown us how to do image transfer but one of her pieces is up for raffle too .

Jackie (our stamping Queen) shows us how to do a wonderful technique called spotlight, and she has a little pressie to give away.

Next we have someone new to blogland, its Ruth with a priceless LO using some of her favourite techniques (check out that stitching) and some gorgeous goodies up for grabs.

Lainey is joining in too with an altered canvas for a family portrait layout. Check out her blog as she is giving away a miniature replica canvas primed and ready for decoration along with a goodie bag.

Annamarie is getting technie over on her blog with step-by-step instructions on how to install a new journalling font on your pc.  Great to know if you add journalling or titles into your layouts or if you want to add fancy text to your cards.  She's also offering a prize of a new Basic Grey Collection Pack, so get yourself over there.

#44 Memorable Moments

There are some days in your life you will always remember and this week we celebrate these days with the Caroline's title 'Memorable Moments' . #43 WallArt

This week's theme is called WallArt and was chosen by Carrie.  Do you ever make a scrapbook layout or card and think it looks too good to hide in an album or inside an envelope?  Then why not adapt it and hang it on your wall.  The real beauty of creating a piece of WallArt is that you can be as generous as you like with your embellishments and don't have to worry about them fitting inside a page protector.

Imagine week 42 already, phew time flies by and the Scrap Westies have alot of crafty work done. Do you feel your mojo slipping (or vanishing)? #41 Holidays

Hurrah the sun is back in Ireland so this week we are celebrating with the title 'Holidays'.
